We're pleased to share the following features and fixes launching in May.
Highlights:
- Improved user management
- Email notification templates: new location
Improved user management
Users can now:
- Add their own users and configure their access and roles in four easy steps (see Adding users)
- Reset a user's MFA (see Password and MFA reset)
- View the password policy when setting their password
Email notification templates: new location
All email notification templates across the platform can now be found within the Settings menu, rather than via the @ icon on the Client, Account or Project.
Notification templates can be managed at Partner, Client, Account or Project level:

Partner templates will cascade down to all Clients, Accounts and Projects within the Partner

Client templates will cascade down to all Accounts and Projects within the Client

Account templates will cascade down to all Projects within the Account

Project templates will impact the specific Project only
The lowest level template will be the one used for notifications. For example, if a Partner template exists and an Account template exists, notifications for a Project will use the Account template.
Templates can be managed by the corresponding ‘Admin’ user role. Partner templates by Partner Admins, Client templates by Client Admins, and so on.
Further features and fixes
Labels and hint text across the administration portal have been revised for added clarity.
Platform performance
We have continued work to decrease load times and worked to optimise platform performance.
