Two types of project are available:

Participant journey projects include a participant homepage that can be customised for an enhanced participant experience, while Assessment(s) only projects provide a more straightforward and efficient participant experience.

Interview Builder

Users can now build an interview pack from a standardised question set via the platform's administration portal. Assessors can additionally configure the pack ahead of the scheduled interview.

Email notification enhancements

Email notifications now support the addition of cc and bcc recipients and attachments. These can be added to the notification templates and apply to all participant recipients within a project. Individualised cc and bcc recipients per participant are also supported.

Further features and fixes

Improvements to handling of locales (languages)

Locale (language) options in the platform's administration portal are now handled consistently across all areas.

Duplicate project function

This function has now moved to the Settings menu within each project.

DAC 2.5: unscheduled exercises

A new version of scheduling has become available which is an enhancement to the legacy DAC 2.0 version.

This provides the ability to schedule exercise activities for participants without having to include start and end dates and times, meaning activities can run across multiple days or be restricted only by a project deadline. You can also now schedule participant exercises without adding assessors.
