We're pleased to share the following features and fixes launching in Winter 2024:
Analytics dashboards
Users can now access analytics dashboards at both Account and Client levels. These show the aggregated performance of participants in the Projects within that Account or Client.
The dashboards can be found within the new Analytics tab on the Account or Client pages in AdminUI and are turned on by default.
Users can switch via a dropdown between 3 different views:
Participants status overview
This view shows participants by the time they were added and what status they are in at the current time of viewing.
Total project completion
This view shows the amount of ‘completed’ participants per month or year in which they completed.
You can switch between monthly and yearly views (this view can only be viewed in absolute numbers).
Time to project completion
This view shows the time difference between participants being added and completed/pass/fail.

Enhanced navigation: All report listings are now alphabetised, making it easier for you to find what you need quickly.

Better usability: We've revamped layouts and improved search, sorting, and filtering capabilities across numerous pages, ensuring you can navigate and manage information more effortlessly.

Direct control over data privacy: Client Admins now have the ability to directly manage data anonymisation periods, giving you more autonomy and ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

Improved communication tracking: A new feature allows users to view an assessor email log, making it simpler to track and manage communications effectively.
