The 2026:2 release introduces a set of platform enhancements across candidate experience, assessor oversight, and admin navigation.
The release includes the following major updates:
Candidate Feedback Survey A standardised three-question CSAT survey is now shown to candidates automatically after completing assessments or exercises in a phase. Results are anonymous and downloadable via a new extract in Admin UI.
Accessibility Toolbar: New Options The accessibility toolbar now includes spacing controls, reduce motion, and highlighted links. All aspects of the toolbar now meet WCAG 2.2 AA criteria.
Moderation in Virtual Assessment Centre 2.0 (Premium) A moderation role is now available within VAC 2.0, allowing an independent reviewer to score exercises alongside assessors and compare ratings. Contact your Sova account team to enable.
Admin UI Redesign The administration portal has been updated with a new homepage, unified search, and redesigned project cards surfacing key stats at a glance, with improved navigation across projects, accounts, and clients.
Activity Reset: Reason Now Required Admins are now prompted to enter a reason when resetting a candidate's activity, supporting cleaner audit trails across all project types.
Other bug fixes and performance improvements have been implemented as usual.
