Project branding allows you to add your logo and brand colours to the project (visible to candidates) and reports. This article covers how to apply branding at either the Account level or the Project level.
To add or update branding, navigate to your project or account from the navigation bar Sova AdminUI homepage.

Adding Account Branding
To apply branding at the Account level:
Click into the Account you wish to update.
From the options in the left hand menu, click into “Branding”.
You can set 2 types of branding at the Account level:
- "General" sets the colours and logos for the candidate experience (such as their homepage, assessments and exercises).
- "Reporting" sets the colours and logos for this account’s or project's report.
- General (candidate) branding
You can choose to use the branding set at the Client level by selecting “Use Client Branding)
Or click “Set Account Branding” to set a different branding for this account.
Add your colours. You can type in the hex code directly in the field or click on the coloured square to open a colour picker.
Once the colours have been added, click “Save”.
- Report branding
Click into the “Reporting” tab.
Enter the colours, logos and cover image as desired.
Once the settings have been added, click “Save”.
Adding Project Branding
To apply branding at the Project level – General (candidate) branding only:
Click into the Project you wish to update.
Select the “Project Builder” tab.
From the options in the left hand menu, click into “Project Design”.
You can choose to use the branding set at Client or Account level by selecting "Use Client Branding" or "Use Account Branding".
Or click "Set Project Branding" to set a different branding for this project.
Add your colours. You can type in the hex code directly in the field or click on the coloured square to open a colour picker.
Once the colours have been added, click “Save”.
